Default military/army guys can u help?

was wondering if anyone can help me ,ive got something that was givien to me by some1 close and just want to find out a bit more info on it.

its kind of like a pendant/flag
im guessing it would of been hung in the officers quarters or mess? excuse the terms i dont know a great deal about the military. : )

ive done a google search on the latin words and ive found out that it could be australian military.

just yet to find anything else that looks like this,

inscription reads - UBIQUE
QUO FAS ET GLORIA DUCUNT (im not messin on the last word)

it measures approx 6oomm across down to 150ish at the bottom.
and its about 1m long.

any help would be muchly appreciated

That is the emblem of the Royal Artillery (ie British Army), from memory the Aussie army have the same emblem (a bit unusual as they normally adopt UK emblems by adding a boomerang or something equally Australian)
Not to sure what kind of flag thats on....Can't really tell much else from that pic, maybe there are some gunners on here who can shed a bit more light.

anything helps man cheers. its kinda dark brown velvet with a dull gold stripe round the edge. shaped like a pendant, or an upside down triangle if u like !
