Most things by...

Green Day, Stereophonics, Clapton, original G&R, Iron Maiden, Creedence Clearwater and other Vietnam related music (very inspirational), Foo Fighters, Rammstein (when your angry), Fleetwood Mac etc.

and last but not least...TENACIOUS D. Lyrics may be questionable, but the music is pure quality

You may well like some of the early to mid 90s stuff i'm listening to at the moment...

Try youtubing/ituning a few of these songs and have a listen:

Chumbawamba - Timebomb
Chumbawamba - Scapegoat
Chumbawamba - Outsider

Therapy - Screamager
Therapy - If It Kills Me
Therapy - Going Nowhere

Aye, in me ice hockey days and my....errr...slightly angry behaviour on the ice, I'd regularly get the chumbawamba - "i get knocked down" tune played in the arena when I end a fight!

uber-cool tunage!

"Tubthumping" - is the only 'known' song by them by the majority of people dude. There's a great video on youtube when they performed live on Sky 1 and changed the chorus to "Free mummia - Abu Jamal!" half way through as part of their political toxicity

They were on the scene since the early 80's and have made some fantastic stuff, very political in places, the anarchist/punk element fading out in the early 90's and moving into the stuff i preferred...

Shame they called it a day in 2005 and settled for the acoustic stuff - would of loved to have seen them live back in the day!

Never see one of your favourite bands live mate, will more often than not...let you down Seen most of the bands above live quite a few years ago. Red Hot Chilli Peppers let me down and so did Green Day. Only 2 bands I've seen that are better live than on tracks is Stereophonics and the original Guns and Roses in 1993

Metallica, RHCP, Foo Fighters, The Killers and Britney Spears most recently. And a lil' Slipknot too actually. Oh and MGMT!

Kings of Leon/Snow Patrol-liked both of their albums last year but not as good as previous i dont think.

Thing with albums like that is: You have to listen to them 3 or 4 times to discover their beauty.

When I first got the "new" Arctic Monkeys (Favourite worst Nightmare) album I was quite disappointed. But at the end of the week, it had become my new all-time favourite.
