i recently downloaded photoshop 7.0 from winmx and i dunno how to load it up. it was downloaded as 'software-adobe photoshop 7.0,with serial.zip.mp3' and the file size was 168.2mb. when i right click and select 'open' , it opens up my media player and tells me that windows cannot play the file as one or more codecs could not be found.
what do i need to install this program?
please excuse my lack of knowledge

sounds like a dodgy file, it shouldnt end in .mp3 for a start, i would try deleting the .mp3 bit from the end and see if it opens as a zip file. Id reccomend using bittorrent to download your software as ive found less fake files that way.

sorry maybe i should have explained, on mnay file sharing programs their is or used to be a queuing system, people rename there stuff as somehting else in order to get more people to download it and give them a better place in the queue, this is common with films, you download a newish film and find out that its rambo or something and a tosser has simply changed the name.
