Default nokia N95 8GB sat nav - what to use?

had my N95 a few months now but the sat nav seems a bit of a let down to me. the nokia maps thing i can't get to work no matter what so i use google maps and it gets me there but is still a bit shit to say the least!

whats best to use and where do i get it? free is good!

I dont use the sat nav function on mine so cant really help with a direct answer but you will find the answer(and find out loads more about the n95) on here http://www.n95users.com/forum/

Their a bunch of mobile phone geeks on there, they know everything

I use Garmin with the internal GPS receiver. Have had tom tom too but it was a pain pairing with the external receiver and the Garmin is as good.

i have tom tom if there is an easy way of sending it over the net, it's 250mb though but you will have to use an external gps receiver, i had a holox one and it was the bollox by the time totom has loaded on the phone i will usually have signal, might need a newer map if your in london it work's still but i have been taken to a couple of dead end's , but it changes so often it can't always be helped
