it does seem very silly that you buy a huse near a noisly place, and the noisly place has to stop being noisy, and probably stop altogether, just so you can had some peace and quiet
it's like these people who move out to the cuntryside and then complain about the smell
one of the biggest issues is the fact that one of the complainants (who is getting 40k) used to be married to the croft leaseholder!! when they divorced in 94 she moved into that house with her parents..
