PassionFord Post Whore!!
Still reckon a nice cover up would have been cheaper, less pain and it would have all been done and dusted ages ago.
But then I guess we wouldnt have seen as much of Maria in her PJ's..... every cloud has a silver lining

Well here they are today, exactly 1 week after my second session.
And on my arm you can definitely see it is fading.
Bear in mind that there is still another 5 weeks to the healing process, so theoretically it 'should' still fade a little more!

They are definitely more sore this time round... after the scabs went first time, it didnt hurt at all, whereas this time it almost feels bruised and quite sore to touch!

how many sessions from start to finish maria?what sort of time scale?Problem is after the 1st time you know how much it hurts, econd confirms it fecking hurts!so it takes more and more effort to keep going for more as you know its going to kill!
Will be worth it in the end tho then you can get one with my name on it

well they quoted anywhere between 8 to 10 sessions! And it is recommended you go back every six weeks! So potentially over a year until the end result!
And at Ł120 a time, it aint cheap either!

Obviously a bit late now, but did your artist not recomend the cream that they can use? Its the same process as a tat but the cream helps dissolve the ink much quicker and doesnt leave as much scarring etc??
If I remember correctly its priced per square inch and aint cheap but quicker and less painfull me thinks. I think its called E-RAZE,
Sorry Maria I know this prob aint much help, but for anybody else considering it.
Stay strong Maria, you'll get there.

My local tattoo artist does it, he has stopped at the moment due to lack of supply for the stuff he uses, heres a link to his page, might be of some use to you. The last time I was there getting work done he told me a bit about it, seems like a good alternative.
Best of luck to ya hun.

Ive been having a look, and sods law there isnt anyone near me that does it!
But here are some pictures for the Eraze treatment!
Apparently though with the E-Raze - you are more likely to end up with Keloids?!

All i can say to anyone considering a tattoo is... MAKE SURE YOU REALLY WANT IT!
Dontget me wrong, i could certainly live with the one on my arm, as it isnt offensive or nasty... but i just think ive grown out of it!
Some tattoos can be a fashion phase... i know mine was with the whole pammy anderson Barb Wire thing!!!
The others i know are unique as i designed them..... so i know i wont get bored of them!

There’s a arm and a tattoo in this pic where , seriously hats off to ya, I was thinking about having it done but after seeing what you have been through I don’t think I will be in a rush to get it done
