I wouldn't say it's mint, the mileage is only 'lowish' , loads of little issues he has mentioned and loads more to come out of the woodwork when you start looking.
If it was ridiculously low miles I think more people would be interested and it would then make better money, if it makes 1OK it most certainly won't be a bargain imo.

I put fuel in the tank but the fuel pump does not work plus I was told not to start the engine as the cambelt might snap after 14 years and damage the engine so i have left it alone
The car battery shown in the photos is NOT included as it belongs to my neighbor who lent it to me when i tried to start the car

seems people on here don't understand about info you can get from the dvla.
please look at this and understand that companys and individuals all the time can get your details from a car registration mark, it may involve lying to the dvla but no one lies to the dvla do they ??

That's exactly what I was thinking - He's tried to get it started, it's made some proper nasty noises, so he's offloading it.
He should get some decent wonga, but as Paul pointed out it's gonna cost a LOT to recommission!
Oh, and Paul - You got the intercooler back yet?

yes i noticed how fresh the coolent was im thinking its been stood then the bloke thought he could just get back in turn key and go after 14 years somthings gone wrong so hes off loading it to some one else to sort out

I had my 3 door in 1992 and I could only get a 4x4 header tank from ford in about 1994 I eventually sourced a good used one. I have always had trouble getting stuff from Ford, but then again I would have thought 6-7k tops for that car as could easily lose a lot of money getting it back on the road and 50k miles is not low mine is only on 60k and has been on the road every summer since I have had it and was an everyday car its first 6 years before I had it.

don't think it matters if a car does 50k in 1 year and then nowt ever after, 50k for a 20+ year old sierra is low, i used to see them when they were company cars with double that up them when they were just a few years old, bet they arnt 175 k cozzies now, if the car was 6-7 grand there would be more than a few people thinking if the car is a brahma a bit of work will see it worth more. it looks to me that matey has already started giving the car a spruce up.
