does anyone know if puma build will sell you racing puma parts to people without one

just went on to the website wanted to order a part and it said they check if you own a frp before they sell it to you how do they do this

when I needed parts for my racing puma Alcon front calipers on my ka they wanted the build number thats on one of the manifolds

Or just stick any FRP numberplate into www.etis.ford.com and get the chassis number

I've had Alan do plenty over the years, problem is if he thinks someones a cunt he'll treat them like one ( which isnt right ), I always found him dead helpful and the work was top notch, although I never made the error of leaving my car there, I was always there when stuff was being done.
