Default Claiming back bank charges?!

How do you go about claiming for charges you have paid for goin over drawn etc?

Can you claim even if it was my fault that i got the charges, i.e went over my overdraft and got charged £15 per day, will i be able to claim these back?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers in advance, Ed

here is the thread

https://passionford.com/forum/general-car-related-discussion/109691-have-you-ever-been-charged-by-your-bank.html

Ran: you can still do it, but they are making you wait till a high court judgment is reached iirc

I can see it being a lonnnnnnnng wait too with the current financial climate as no doubt the banks will cry and plead poverty if they have to refund the punters.

Going to be a long wait for certain now the government owns big chunks of most banks, they'll want to release their equity before they plunge the banks back into bankrupsy by opening the flood gates with claims
