Default 30mm makes such a difference

Finally bit the bullet and got the car lowered (Audi). Big thanks to Matt and Rob at SCC for sorting it and not minding me getting in the way as I couldn't be bothered to do the work myself. Nice set of Eibach springs on the stock dampers and what a transformation. I wasn't expecting that much as I know my dampers are now on borrowed time but plan to fit Bilsteins over Summer. The car doesn't crash and bounce but my God does it seem to stick to the road. I gave it a thorough testing and my nerve was getting the better of me before the car started to give at all.

Tonights job is to fit the quickshift kit that's been in my boot since October then I think I'm about ready for Bedford on the 21st.

Cheers again to the SCC boys, see you on the 22nd

i was a heathen when it came to changing anything with the suspension - mine was on Ahmed std height springs and Koni's and i thought it was fine.. can't tell you the difference now
Not sure how much lower mine is, but it's still sits quite high when next to other tracked s2's

Hope your enjoying it

yea i've just lowered my mk5 esco 35mm on strut's and spring's and i am so chuffed with the difference it's not like i'm driving noa's ark anymore and makes the grip levels more predictable, like said you can't belive the difference till you'v done it i've put original ford van lower arm's aswell and the front is , no roll round corners may get another anti roll bar aswell but it's fine at the moment cos i'm only running a 1.4 atm so isn't enough weight to worry about
