Default Need a new pressure cap!! What rating??

As title,

Need a new pressure cap for the 3 door. Got a ford 100psi one at the moment. Is this OK for a Stage 3 level of tune or does it need to be of higher rating? Also, what benefits are there in running a higher pressure cap?

Regards
Andy

Andy are you talking about the radiator cap.. if so thats a little high!!
needs to be somewhere about 16 psi!!
Raising the pressure rating on the cap actually raises the temperature where the water boils.
I think its 3 degrees per 1 psi or somthing like that?

Blakeya,
A standard pressure cap will indeed be ok on yours because it will be running cool anyway.... i know you have a decent spec. rad!!!
