Best oil to use in gearbox/diff on 2wd cossie.

Default Best oil to use in gearbox/diff on 2wd cossie.

Im gunna change the oils in my diff and my gearbox on my 3dr cosworth, but whats the best stuff to use in both? any ideas?

Automatic transmission fluid in the gearbox, EP80/SS75W-90/FS75W90 in the diff.
However, are you aware that there is no drain plug on the diff?

i got the right stuff from ford when i got my cossie. i used a pump to suck out all the old oil and crap, flushed it out a bit with some brake disc cleaner, sucked that out and waited for it to evaporate, then filled up with fresh new oil. mint.

aaaaaaa. Could be a problem then. How much do i need of both? and can you suck out the diff oil with a syringe or something?

I think you can just take the back plate off and drain it that way
