ok, dont take the madjeski turn off, you want the next one ( towards lower earley/ shinfield )

carry goin down there then youll get to amish mash of roundabouts, basically ya wanna turn right at that roundabout towards aborfield, keep going down there till ya get to another roundabout then ya wanna turn left, keep going down there for about 2 or 3 miles, then the pub is down there on the right hand side!

Ran, the road layout is the same as the last time you were down m8 .. Its pretty straight forward off the motorway, but if your coming down the Shinfield Rd you need'nt worry as its sign posted to Aborfield where the big pink arrow is

Spiky, if your coming m8 call me and I'll meet you by junct 11 if you do get stuck or lost, the same goes for anyone else

 

not sure i fancy the 1h45 mins

ok just looked at the map... now contemplating coming down

anyone got nice easy directions from M4?

looks like its a case of coming off at J11, then heading on A327 south and the pub's on that road... right?

 

use multimap you numptys!!!

press the directions button

having said that, it is multimap i spose.....but rest assured you'll end up somewhere

 

Right to simplyfy this:

If your coming from London on the M4, come off at junct 11 and take the 4th exit off which will be sign posted A327 Shinfield, Earley, Woodley ..it takes you back along side the motorway going the opposite direction. You'll go up a hill where Foster Wheelers is and you'll need bear round to the right where the new road is then to take the first right at the roundabout where there doing a new junction/roadworks, which will be now taking you on the A327 towards Shinfield Village/Camberley and it will also be sign posted to Aborfield.

Bear left at the 1st roundabout (Humphries tyre & exhaust) which will be on your left and then follow the road for about 2 miles until you come to the next roundabout.

The Bull PH is on the right just before the roundabout, you cant miss it

If your coming from M4 Wales on the M4 then take the 2nd exit off from junct 11 and see the above where you get to the hill by Foster Wheelers

The pub itself is no more 10 minutes from junct 11 M4. Its about 15/20 minutes from Heathrow and I've no idea coming the other way
