head mods for bd15 and bd16

Default head mods for bd15 and bd16

when fitting a bd15 exhaust and bd16 cams
does the head need to modified?
and if so what needs to be done?
i've heard of lowered valve seats but dont know if thats it?
if it is could you give me any details for the guy thats doing it?

You done need any mods for the cams but for the double springs if using isky´s m8
I´m using double springs, (inserts for std springs) and did´nt have to mod anything

i knew i had heard something like that
i'm sure reyland do springs that dont need the head mod'd
anybody confirm this,
if they do i'll just order a set of them

not mine mate
its a track car i'm building for somebody
needs the exhaust done
imo it should be a 10 or 12 exhaust but he's got it now
the spec is basicaly you name it its got it
money's no object
the heads away getting ports made to touring car spec
thats why i was wanting to know so it could be done at the same time

mines bd16 inlet, bd14 ex, ive had no head mods done as i run reyland valve springs....

there is a lot of spec cams (bd14, bd15, bd16, inlet or exhaust...)

Nms do a spring package that fits with no other head mods , £150 + vat .
