Default Alloy wheel nuts

I have bought a second hand set of mille miglia HT3 alloys for my focus, and am wondering if its safe to use the standard ford alloy wheel nuts, or will i need some proper ones for the wheels?

Thanks in advance

Rich

Thats what i am thinking, however there are a few various seat angles for the tapered nuts, and just dunno if the standard ford ones will sit correctly in the new wheels....

ring mille miglia and ask what angle the nut seats are cut at, then measure the nuts you have.

most are similar though. if you are really concerened i would just buy a set of generic wheel nuts and use them.

Ok mate cheers, the wheels are being delivered tomorrow, so i'll whip one of my nuts off nd see how well they fit first. I think mille miglia may have gone out of business now though, so dont think i will be able to contact them!
