Default Suspension Help please

Hello, just wanting to know everyones opinions on two options or possibly other options for suspension for my 3 door

Option one is:- Koni Sports shocks with LEDA springs - Ahmed Bayjoo spec

Option 2:- Bilstein Sprintline Kit

I dont really want to go down route of coil overs and i dont have hassle of adjusting them.

All opionions welcome
