...a V groove tensioner or idler for the alternator belt?

All the tensioners I have seen use the flat side of the belt, I need a 5 groove tensioner or at very worst a grooved idler pulley.

Has anyone seen a car that uses something like this?

if your thinking multi v then the galaxy diesel uses both sides of the belt as both sides are grooved
