The Doc (chris) is brilliant and very clever when he wants to be, helped me out many times!
Most the time he builds stuff for a laugh, love his work and creations!

I had a cossie kitted cabriolet years back that this numpty has worked his so called magic on. Biggest bodge artist i ever came across!!
Its not hard to make a turboed motor fast, dont expect it to last more than five minutes tho.

If you know Chris you wouldn't slag him off he does lots of conversions for customers on low budgets and for what gets spent he does some good work!
I know for sure if someone threw money at him and asked for quality work and big power they would get it!
Chris will turbo absolutely anything. Some of the things he builds are unreal and bags of fun!
I wish I had pictures of some of the stuff he has done, 1 of the most recent is putting an engine in the boot of his mk4 escort, last I saw of it he was doing donuts on a car park lol.
The lad is just up for a laugh not building show cars!

Dont know him, dont want to know him. This was ten years ago I hope he has improved over them years for his customers sakes. How he keeps said customers only god knows.

Don't know if it is the same guy but there are plenty of post all over the internet about the turbo doctor. From what I have read most are about how poor his work is and about suspect business practices.
One guy calling him self matt1185 had a turbo conversion by turbo doctor. When he complained because it was complete rubbish all he got was abuse from that guy who called him self turbo doctor. Another person got what was said to be a turbo ECU off him and it turned out to be a washing mechine pressure switch in drag. One person tried to flog one of his turbo cars to a lad and it ended up with the Police involved as it was not even what it appeared to be. Another person pointed out that there was probably around a dozen ebay accounts by the same user. They where selling turbo doctor products to one another. The same Cossie was sold between them some half a dozen time or so. From what I am told when people complained about him the accounts looked to just vanish. As that turbo doctors scam was found out he threatened to sue the guy who posted about it. But once it came out it was all true just threatened the lad and turbo doctor ended up being banned for the club.

I wouldnt be shocked if he did the work on my mates rover 220gti turbo which he actually sold to a lad from blackpool 6 months ago then bought it back 2 months ago, has a td04h turbo arc welded on the manifold, bodged down pipe, diy washer bottle water injection with a plastic water jet loosly fitted in the intercooler, random boost pipes, and plenty other bodges pmsl, and for some reason it now runs very rich dont know how!

There were three people above saying that he was a nice guy and he has helped them out alot. I'll be the 4th... Chris has done loads of work on my car and it is still running and none of it is bodged... If i had a problem with my car he would be one of the first people i'd call and in fact i have him lined up for putting a new engine in my other car... Do these comments count for anything or have you made your mind up that he is a bad guy?
If any of these people who think he is the worst guy ever, go and speak to him at a show... he's easy to spot!! And i know, within 5 mins of talking to him you would have changed your mind...!! Trouble is, people dont know him, just listen to what others say and dont give him a chance... but everyone who ACTUALLY know his say the opposite... funny that! x
