Hi all,

Ordered an x-box live membership from buygamingcodes.com. When ordered, shown as over 3800 in stock. When I enquired as to why it had not been delivered, he told me he hadn't got any and was awaiting a delivery. Is this legal???

It is technically fraud, but I don't know how it works in the case of drop-shipping (what this guy is most likely doing). Drop-shopping is a HUGE business and I can't imagine they're all conducting their business in a fradulent manner. Worth speaking to Trading Standards to find out what the stance is on this practise?

I sell these as I have an interested in xBox live, and think the prices of highstreet subscriptions are just rediculous


So sell these more as a favour, not to mention that I do a lot of eccomerce stuff anyway
