Which Stack Gauges?

i have got 2 stack steper gauges, boost and oil pressure but i got 2 more holes in the dash to fill

which 2 stack gauges do people think i should get?

Do i need a boss welding in the exhaust for AFR and EGT, if so would i need 2 seperate boss's?

any idea of what this would cost?

AFR seems like it definatly going to be one of them depending on how hard to fit
