never heard of 195/40/15,s but maybe wrong the more common one used is 195/45/15 as u said
look on ebay theres tyre companys advertise on there now sell single or full sets of yres very cheap and next day delivery too .
ma pal got a set of 4 17,s delivered the other week for £150

I had 195/45/15's on my old fiesta, were very low profile, 40 would be silly low!!
Camskill are good on tyres, or try martin hadland from reyland
