We had a Christmas party and a bonus of 0.71% of our salary. There were a lot of grumblers, but I'm grateful to get even a penny extra when so many are loosing their jobs!

I got fook all, my other half got 7.5% of her annual wages for performance bonus and just under 2 wks wages for only having 1 day sick.

Apparently next year the sickness bonus will be a no go.

Absolutely fuck all, they have increased our workload so im now working 13 hour days as opposed to 8-9 hour day, no pay increase, no bonus, a xmas do with 40 people, £200 behind the bar, so not even everyone got a free drink.
My bosses are serious cunts, driven around in their Bentleys and we arent even affected by the credit crunch, all they do is use staff untill they leave, of course its the staffs fault and not the working conditions.

Dont know if im getting anything this year due to my boss dying few months back and his son taking the business over, been mega cut backs as things were pretty dire and he's been trying to save money where ever he can.

Used to get an extra weeks wages in my xmas pay packet but get seriously clobbered by the fucking tax man, still better than a lot i know though that dont get fuck all !!!

Will find out tonight if im getting it or not so fingers crossed!

We dont really get Christmas bonus's but our annual bonus falls in December and thats normally a months wages for every working the year and pro rated if you have not done the year, i worked 6 months so got half a months wages

Considering the state Royal Mail is in I am surprised they give anything out. My last and current guys are great and I dont blame them but the time it takes them to get mail to hand out is terrible, not their fault though.

Got £50 more in my bonus this year than last - which i was surprised at getting at all, being as it's calculated on achievement and absences throughtout the year.. i was off for over 5 weeks with appendicitis and had plenty of other days off when needed

We also had our Do in Edinburgh, all paid for and are about to go out this afternoon

I'd have been happier if they'd have not given us a bonus and put it all into the pension fund.

Some of the lads at work who have their own rounds easily get a couple of hundred in tips anyway. I managed £20, 3 bottles of wine and a box of quality street. Happy days.
