Ford escort cosworth on ebay.it...
Allrite chaps,
I'm eyeballing an escort cosworth that's on
eBay.it(Italy),don't get me wrong,i luuve my
vw corrado T.16v but this motor is really tempting...
The bit i don't trust is that the car's being advertised
by an Italian dealer as having 500 horses with dyno print
out to prove.What i can't understand is that this car still has
original brake calipers that i see through the 18inch wheels.
The spec is the usual,8 inj.set-up,what appears to be a T4,
coil on plugs,small oil breather(!) for 500hp?...
I don't know how to put on the eBay address on Passioford but if
someone has a few mins.spare go onto eBay.it and
type in ford escort cosworth,it's a midnight blue escort
with lovely spoked alloys similuer to the older AZEVS.

.to be honest; the transmission will need upgrading straight away if its standard & has a genuine 500hp
you're looking a 5k minimum for transmission
