Default Anyone good at mending Phones!

My Nokia N95 8Gb got slightly damp last week

and now the light on the back is permantly turned on!

its annoying and the battery life is now useless

anyone know a fix? other than smashing the light?

Are you absolutely sure you have dried it out properly?

my mate smashed the screen on his and wanted to fix it

he went on youtube and there was a vid on how to repair it mate, his is like new
it's a long shot but you could try it.

do a full reset on it just make sure you back up photos and contacts

Take the bat out and leave it on a rad for a few days matey...if it was anythin other than water u may need to take it apart as sticky stuff can bridge conections

as above mate, if not check if its still under warranty, and if thats no good all parts are replaceable so theres a good chance it can be fixed

Thanks guys... its was just Rain water. may leave it on rad then for few more days.

dave, already done that. No luck mate.

If not then I'll get Stu to take it apart!
