ok, so the neighbours car that's been parked acros 2 bays outside my gaff seems to have throw up a few odd problems

as in the reg plate doesn't seem to exist anywhere

so can anyone tell me what the score is with this plate NU51HYW and what car it is supposed ot be on?

going to call the council and say it's been dumped there and to get it shifted but i don't want them to say 2it's your neighbours motor, ask him to shift it"

If it's a recent reg transfer it takes a while to show up, sometimes as much as 3 months.
I got stopped two weeks ago as my car showed as uninsured, plod wanted to confiscate car there and then, but he let me make a call, and my insurance docs were brought from my house to me, otherwise a towing fee etc, my insurance changed in september.

i couldn't possibly do something like that, i've got my good name to think about

thing is, there are spaces for 4 cars outside, 2 and 2 and everyone can get in and out without any hassles, but as soon as you try and park 3 cars in the space only designed to accomodate 2, even though there are no markings or any sort there to indicate there should only be 2 cars parked there, things get a bit "tight"

thing is, them fuckers have got about 4 cars so they've got to find somehwere to park them up, but seeing as the spots outside my house are "mine" and the 2 spots outside the neighbours are one for him and one for them, they are nicking my 2 spots

i'm just going to buy 2 cars from ebay and park them up there in front of their house and see what happens when they get a taste of their own medicine, and if cars are now ten a penny, i can just buy the up left right and centre and clog the whole street up with them just to teach them a lesson

there are 6 "spaces" in the little street, 1 is allocated to one of the nieghbours as it's a disabled spot and marked out as such, the rest are unmarked so you could park where ever you want really

the problem is that there are 4 houses with driveway access in the same patch and if you park haphazzardly, no one can get in or out

there is also the issue of the disabled bus coming to drop the kids off and collect them as and when, which is there are more cars than spaces, blocks up the main road which is fairly dangerous as it's on a bend, so it's not just "my spaces outside my house" which is the issue

they could park all 4 cars in the 4 spots and i wouldn't be worried as i'd park the van in the driveway, it's just that he's inconveniencing us other 3 households with his idiot parking

ok, so the google picture is shit, but i've marked out the gardens, plus the disabled bay with the blue motor in it
my neighbour has a car parked directly outside his house, the black car, and i don't have a motor parked outside mine due to the disabled family (with 2 grown up wheelchair bound severaly disabled kids) needing to get their minibus in and out of the little notch in the road
the problem neighbour has the red car, and the white car, and the other car

i normally park my van far enough backwards where the shitty coloured motor is currently parked, but that's right on the edge whereas i leave more than enough gap for the minivan to come through and park up nice and safe

we've asked plenty of times for them to move and it always takes half an hour before someone gets dressed up enough to move it, only to move it right back to where it was parked int he first palce, and when they have people around, they just cram cars in left right and centre, i mean, how are you supposed to get 8 cars in that little gap when there are already 3 other cars/vans parked up in the space?

so you can see why it's not just me who's annoyed with this

and it's not like we can call the council up to get them shifted, because the person who's huose they are living in has signed them on to a 10 year deal with whoever they are with, so they just sit there like jeremy kyle rejects all day long making noise and generally causing a nusiance

it's the pavement, and it's a busy road, plus there's a bus stop just out of sight there on both sides of the road to the left of the picture

and there's a corner to the right, with traffic islands etc going on

i'll take some snaps to show you what it's like in the real world tomorrow morning

so while it's not going to be illegal, it's going to be very very dangerous to park on the main road, which is why that litle service road was bilt in and our front gardens shortened
