ok so i want to buy my dad a new graphic's card for his pc so he can play red alert 3 atm hes got a ATI radeon 7000 which does let him play the tiberian wars 3 ether
so what im aking is where is the best place on the net to buy pc stuff from?

Ebuyer.com. If it were me I would probably go for a 2nd hand ebay special mate. An ATI 7000, that's an AGP slot so make sure you buy the correct one fella.

Something like that, but I am biased as I am selling it. Actually, what is the rest of your dads spec? as an x1950 may well be overkill.
