Default AP 4-pot caliper CP6600 & 6609 - anyone familiar?

Has anyone any experience with these AP Racing calipers? They appear to be described as "road" calipers and i believe CP6600 is fitted to some TVR's from the factory.
Questions:
What is the difference between CP6600 and CP6609 ?
Would these be suitable for short distance (25 miles) race use on a 1050kg car with 330mm discs? Pads available in Ferodo DS2500, DS3000 and Mintex 1166

I can only find this info on CP6600 -
http://www.apracing.com/download/catalogue/Page%206.pdf
http://www.apracing.com/info/product...ct=2S0_570_214
http://www.apracing.com/info/product...00D55_2524_993

no specific info that I can find on CP6609??

Cheers

All I know is, yes the CP6600 was fitted to some TVR's but I don't know which ones.

I have a set of 6600 on my S1 which has done 19k miles on them with no issues.
