ive just bought a mk3 escort cabby which came with a pump & rams for power hood but no wiring loom. i sourced a loom from ebay. ive looked at the loom n figured out what goes where but the conector on the loom is different from the conector on the pump. the pump has a 2 pin conector (spade contacts in a 'T' shape) and the loom has a 4 pin conector (square block conector with 4 round contacts). has anyone else had this problem? do i have a later model loom or pump? or am i missin a part of the wiring loom? please help! thanks

that black plug sunds like its for the roof switch that goes in the centre console

its definatly not the plug for the switch as its at the wrong end of the loom, its at the same end of the loom as the conectors for both rams. any1 else have any ideas? thanks
