i have just cut the centre divider from my dash to get my dvd to fit in (the bit between the radio and graphic equaliser) as the screen wont tilt back enough but after doing it it still wont fit ,i have to sit it out about 3 " from the norm ,so the question is can i buy a new section ,with ashtray ,radio,graphic,heater etc holes in it ?? Its a 1992 saph cosworth

 

That section is all moulded into the passenger side lower facia. Don't think it can be removed on its own.

 

as per knife....

however i peronally wouldnt mount it there... as its in a naff place to look at... think about putting it in the bit with the clock/dooropen display etc. etc.

or if you dont wanna chop that up, in the top heater vents section...

b19bal has his screen up there, and its much easier to look at than having it right down by the gearlever!
