They are usless bastards took me two weeks phoning & getting passed about like a old scud book to get my sky plus working.They i was told i was to get free broadband they sent all the stuff out connected me everything was fine then they started charging me £17 a month saying my area cant have free broadband total piss take.i tried to complain & you can only send a letter took them 2 weeks to reply.Rant over

we got fucked about when they installed it, i told them to shove it, they said sorry & would get it sorted asap & give us some vouchers etc, 4 months on & still no vouchers or the kickback from the recomend a friend thing

I emailed in off the website explaining a whole host of things that they'd pissed me off about. Took about 3/4 weeks to get a reply but they gave me £85 credit on my account which was well worth the 10 min email.

i do think it depends on who you get at the end of the day

only once has one of their engineers turned out to be a cunt when they turned up but the other lot have been sound as, you offer them free tea and bickies and see how far you can push them into giving you free stuff or spare wire or a different lnb etc for a few quid and they do do it more often than not

we've got 2 sky dished one one of the houses, one for upstairs, and one for down
