ok had a bit of a nightmare i bought a internally gated GT35 but need the rear section ie one of a t4 were the flap is, i had a t4 with this even tho they look the same there slightly different so im going to have to buy a rear section can i covert this to Vband external gate rear end ie block the wastegate hole.

also what size wastegate is a good size for 500bhp?

 

Tial 44mm will do the job and is compact too, V band fitting. On the shelf if needed, as fitted to my Escort.

have a look in performance ford products page this month,60mm wastegate there for a lot cheaper than the tial gates.v band fitting with a range of spring rates too and pretty future proof by the look of it.
