quick sky+ question

stoopid question probably, but if you set it to record something can you then turn the box off say if youre going out and it will still record ?

or do you have to leave it switched on ?

You can't switch it off via the remote. Won't if you unplug it from the wall

the box cant record if its not got any power to it,
put it on standby with the remote and it will still record

yes, if the box is switched off via the plug on the wall no it will not record,
if u switch it onto standby via the remote and the light on the sky box goes from green to red it will still record.
