It seems im correct. Well sort of. Its down to the discretion of the court but more often than not, youll only be done for one offence if within a mile of each other, and these were literally one after the other.

Actually, i was on the handsfree at the time and cant recall how fast i was going when i went through them. Just goes to show that handsfree can be just as bad for losing concerntartion than holding one to the ear.

Yeah all down to cencentration, not taking a hand off the wheel to hold a phone; you do tend to get 'lost' in the convo.

I'm sure their discretion won't be to fuck you over as much as possible, lol.
