****NOW EDITED AS I HAVE A FUEL RAIL WITH TWO -6 ENDS ON IT FOR SUPPLY AND RETURN, and a remote regulator*****
Ok decided after a long hassle of trying to get new lines that I'd bite the bullet and get braided lines and proper fittings for my car, I asked various members on here what i would need, and some were very helpful, especially lambchop and Rsnissan.![Top](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/smile011.gif)

Anyway some of you who have done your own cars maybe used a different hose or whatever and can argue all you like, this is the way i did it.
I couldn't find a complete list anywhere for the "Amateur" so i'll post this one.
99% of the parts can be bought from this site i used raceparts-direct.com but i used Pirtek for two other bits as they were local, the rail is modded or will be, to have just the supply (fitting nearest bulkhead) and return (fittinng at regulator side) welded (properly) with a -6 male boss
Ok for starters i bought the hose for the supply/return, for this I used -6 hose.
Listed as the 200-6 series on this site, and for the tank to pump I used the same hose but -10 hose
So the following -6 x 10M ( probably need about 8M but account for f*ckups and the small hose that goes from the pump to the filter)
As for the -10 I had to buy a meter but used only about 1/4 of that.
Fittings:
3 x hose end to -6 female (1 to rail from filter, 2 for pump to filter, & 1 for filter to rail
3 x -6 hose end finishers (2 onto STD regulator-in/out, 1 onto return at tank)
2 x -10 hose end finishers (Tank and pump)
1 x M12 x 1.5 end cap (for banjo onto 044 pump)
2 x M14 x 1.5 male to -6 male fittings (fuel filter ends)
1 x 90 degree elbow male and female ends -6 ( for filter and pump hose)
1 x M12 banjo with -6 male thread
2 x Hose end to -6 90 degree elbows (onto fuel rail end)
044 pump came with suction from tank fittings so i don't know what they are, but it's an m18x1.5 thread on the pump suction side that connects to the tank.I am using the standard regulator which will be mounted in the engine bay, using two -6 hose end finishers (i.e hose clips). The regulator is a return line so IMO will not see the required pressure to warrant changing, and I know other people have done the same. If money permits I will upgrade to an uprated reg andway with screw on fittings.
Think i have captured most of it, i'll add later if i have forgot anything.
TODAYS TOP TIP, SHOP AROUND!
I paid a pretty penny for all this lot, by the time you take into account a new 044 pump, fuel loom, shotblasting and painting the old cradle etc...

Cheers, i had to get a new elbow as 1 of them was cracked, and that cap I was after, i just bought that aswell while I was at it.....Ł34 for two fittings, if i still worked at schlum I could have "acquired" them.
Ordered both today, so i'll get them by the end of the week, just need to sort my radiator switch leak and fire it up. Any goings on with the 3 door?
