what do you do when your bored?
normally i work on my car or something or shop for stuff for it 
, but because of my fractured wrist i cant work, cant work on my car and cant buy bits for it as i dont get paid whilst off being self employed 
.
This is my second day off and im bored rigid as all my mates are working and theres only soo much facebook and passionford etc i can do

what happened?
when i broke my wrist (left wrist falling over) i went to work after a while and sat in the office learning office stuff about how to pass the time when not being able to do anything
in your case i would probably just veg out in front of the telly for a week or so and then find a book to read about stuff you want to learn about

im right handed though
DOJJ- i fell on it skating saturday night whilst pissing about, i thought nothing of it as i managed to move it slightly, then sunday morning the wieght of my hand on my wrist was killing me lol. I got it x-rayed and its fractured but some people have said it can take upto 3 months to heal properly-its the little bone on the wrist where finger and thumb meet the wrist- my arms bruising all funny colours lol

if you hold your hand out flat with your fingers and thumb spread out, there is a little depression on the ligament where the thumb goes into the wrist, they pressed there and i almost passed out with the pain
i was in a cast for 12 week and then it took another 2 months to get sufficient mobility back to be able to do stuff and i have limited mobility in that wrist now even after some physio
on the plus side, i did get lots of funky coloured plastic casts to wave about the place, blue, yellow, pink, multi coloured as well in my trips to the hospital
you will need to use LOTS of soap and water to wash the dead skin off and you will need to spend a few months building the muscles up again to the same levels they were previously, my right forearm was normal sie, my left forearm was literally just skin hanging from the bone, i could have modelled with it
