No problem atall mate . I got in at 3.30 . I feel sorry for the guys to be honest , when i pulled up one of them was in the escort cosworth and they other guy had bought a black RS500 , anyway turns out he paid 14k for the escort and 15k for the RS500, Whoever sold that escort to him needs a slap as its NOT A ROAD LEGAL CAR (ITS RUNNING SLICKS)
. When i rang the rac and gave them the plate it dont excist ,so the car has no tax. no mot. no insurance!!! Even the guy in the RS500 had NO INSURANCE and when he bought it from the guy in portsmouth he told him it was ok to drive it with no insurance . Oh and the clutch was slipping after 50mph So after a rant down the phone to the rac saying id just sold this to (I named him paul as i couldnt understand his name
) They aranged a private recovery firm to come and collect it for £106 .They waiting at the dock now till sunday afternoon for the next ferry .What a night

Its not stolen mate the plate was E500 something. bought it from the RS parts place down there

The problems will never end, now we are trying to get the cluch canged for the rs 500, as we will not get home with it.(pleeas tell if you know of any help) look other tread.

spoke to both guys this morning; i dont think they could have any worse luck
i think the rs500 was going to go to burton power to get a clutch or to get the clutch changed - i hope Kjetil managed to get it sorted out?
if the guys were closer to swindon i could have sorted it all out including the clutch change - just a complete nightmare they were in Essex
Kjetil - if you havent sorted out the clutch by now; i hope someone reads this who's got a ramp in Essex that could help

TF: engine cradle is the aloy plate ounder the engien.. and it`s 345 front,and 315 rear.. a lot of things are wrong there... hi did not know annything about cars... but she get the great parts 4 sure big spec... i am locking 4 to breake her

basically the gearbox has blown up on him on the way to the ferry port
he's stuck in Rivenhall, witham, Essex and needs to get to the ferry port in Harwich (essex)
has anyone got a flatbed (needs to be a flat bed) just to get him to the ferry port that wants to earn some cash and save this guys bacon?
i know its a complete long shot, if not does anyone know of a 24hr recovery service in the witham/ essex area?
