Are you ment to run a dump valve on a T4 if boosting around 30 psi ?

iirc it has nothing to do with the wastegate, it's the flow of air 'hitting' the blades on the compressor wheel giving the chatter, not good as it could result in premature turbo failure.
Dump valves are there for a purpose and Harvey told me that ANY turbo running 30psi+ needs to run a DV.
