Default Mondeo Brake woes

I have a mk 3 mondeo estate Ghia x. It keeps warping its front discs. I've replaced oem discs and pads twice and replaced wheel bearing.

Any ideas?

There's only one thing left,,, the person in charge of the brake pedal..

Use the handbrake more, instead of holding the car on the footbrake after heavy braking.

yea, getting your brakes really hot and then sitting at lights or in traffic with your foot on the pedal will seriously warp your discs, dont do the pads good either.

Check the colour of the disc, should give you a clue if one's been hotter than the other.

Otherwise, could be caused by not cleaning the hub faces up properly when fitting the new discs

I'm pretty sure the disc sat square on the hub but it's deffo worth checking, is there any way to measure it accurately?

Thanks for the advice Neil
