How do I put music onto the card so I can us it on my new phone ?

I only have music in I -tunes

dont know how itunes works but i normally put my memory card in a reader/writer via usb, then just drag and drop the mp3s from one folder on the pc to the removable drive

wot phone do you have? Can it sync with your computer via usb data connection lead?
