Are they any good ?

Anyone had any issues like freezing up ?

am thinking of getting one...

what sort of Dollar are they, Last time i had an Ipod (mini), the batterys would last about a year, are they any better now?

I got one, 32 gb its good but not worth what the shops want. Had no issues with it but if I was going to buy one new, no way not worth the money. Internets good if you stay still after finding an open gateway. My battery last about a week useing it 4 hours a day.

pleased with mine so far, will be better whtn Jailbreak comes out for it too.

The web browser isn't the best and seems to crash fairly often, it doesn't seem to like loading pages with lots of pictures.

Never saw the point of the touch - always looked at it as a substitue for those that didn't want/couldn't afford the iPhone.... I mean it's a nice bit of kit for sure, but if you aren't in a wifi area, then it's useless as anything else other than an iPod, and as far as iPods go, with it's small capacity, I'm far happier with my 60gb iPod Video (which I want to change now for an 80gb version.....
