You should replicate it and use a 1.8T Audi engine.

blimey i remember that issue.. wasnt one of the runners up a crossflow converted car from malta.?

fast car was brilliant in them days when it was full of stuff like danny morris building the 309 thundersaloon.

i get a mention in that issue as well

I was running an avonbar mini in those days with a ardon 8 port head, and jack knight box. I still have the head as well, got to be worth a couple of quid these days

still got that issue, its my claim to fame

i might have that mag, but seeing as it was all them years ago, i might not

i've got probably the first 6 years worth of max powers though (this isn't a for sale post ) that i'm considering putting up on ebay, but then a part of me says "don't be so silly, they look so nice taking p all that space in the garage"

Was a Mini fan in the 60's had several highly modded ones including a Supercharged Cooper 'S'. See the name Vizard on the cover Blimey that brings back memories.
What sort of Power were you making by the 1990's.
