removing plastic primer??

Default removing plastic primer??

i have a skirt that i wanna fit to my car but it needs repainting.
i brought some nitro mors and removed all the pant but im left with the plastic primer.
its a horrible rubbery clear layer that nitro mors wont remove!
is there a way of removing it?

are you sure its plastic primer & not the nito mors burnt the plastic? would have thought it would have taken the plastic primer off fine as at then end of the day its only paint

it may be the material im not sure, i think the drop skirt is made from polly pro or something coz they not abs.

Should of taken the primer off, Can't you just DA it and take the paint off??

all the paint is gone, its just a horrible gooey layer left which im hoping isnt the actual plastic thats melted, if it is i was thinking of maybe sand blasting it?

If you sand blast plastic it'll just disintegrate!

You'll need to DA it smooth, got any clear decent pics?
