hint for the mappers, if you want to run a nice modern laptop with vista etc. then look at virtualisation.
you can run a W95/DOS/XP etc. virtual machine on the main PC.
www.vmware.com
if anyone wants to actually try this and needs help then just ask. not done it myself but sure it'll work fine with Serial Ports

Yes I am well in 2008 with my thousands of virtual guests which makes me fully understand why I wouldn't want to do critical real-time control i one.

It's the software used to control Pectel ECU's.

If I had a Ł10,000 engine on the dyno with no room for error, yes.

With Vista - can you run compatibility mode - or if it is a dos program assign some fixed memory to it?
I have no issues running old dos stuff with XP but only after assigning mem to it.

Dont think ive used that view before, but I have managed to get logs into toolbox and look at them.
Pretty sure you have to use ECU offload first to configure the T6 what channels you would like it to log and save that back to the ECU. Im not sure if it has a standard set of channels that it logs??? Every T6 seems to be different anyways so you never know!
ECU offload also has the cool realtime dashboard thingy too where you just create a dash on your laptop screen which displays channels direct from the T6.
