what effect does nos have on egt and generally on the engine ? how safe is it when installed and set up correctly on a yb ?

when set up correctly it should be no more damaging than anyother type of power adder. obviously the problem comes when its not done right.

EGT will increase if your running a lean nitrous mix, but jetted correctly again these will not be a problem.

it does increase cylinder pressures as you are stuffing more air and fuel into the engine to make more power.

the most important thing is to get the jetting correct, everything from fuel pressure to nitrous bottle pressure makes a difference. to what jets you use.
