I went down to my local Ford dealer on the weekend because my better half is keen on the new Fiesta, anyway got chatting to the salesman who said that the new Fiesta ST is coming out soon. He said it will be a 200bhp 1.6 turbo which will be quicker 0-60 than the current Focus ST (which to be fair isn't that hard). Has anyone else heard about this as it sounds like it could be quite promising. Or is he talking out of his arse?

I've heard it's supposed to a 1.6T aswell but no news on the 0-60 time, I think they are chatting on to be truthfull fella, they'd make the fiesta quicker than the focus?

I doubt it!

Yes ! I was looking at a new Zetec S for the wife, asked if it was worth waiting for the ST Fiesta.
He then told me there were no plans to build a ST !!!!!!!!!!
