All your lines were affected mate, each T piece runs one front brake and one rear brake
I'll tell you the order when I find it in a mo, but don't do it with the car jacked up or the load conpensators at the rear will think the cars loaded up all the time and chuck all the braking to the rear

I think the order is:
Front drivers
Rear passengers
Front passengers
Rear drivers
Matt.
P.S. Halfords one man easibleed kits are very good if your on your own, remembe to keep an eye on the resevoir as well

you're ok doing it with the car jacked up as long as the weight is still on the suspension. ie jack it up and drop the wheels onto wood/bricks etc.
The order doesnt really matter but you are supposed to do the furthest wheel from the cylinder first and work in.

Also have you got the rear load bias valves on the rear brakes ?
If so put as much weight in back / boot as you can this will open the valves up and make it easier to bleed the rear brakes and get any air out
