You got the gas turned on?
or
Pilot blocked,
or ignitor failed
or gas valve failed
or main burner flame detection failed.
or main PCB failed

Good news though the fans o.k.

alrite mate just spoke to my dad and he said either pumps not running or you got a faulty gas valve or there mite not be enough pressure in the system if its pressurised

This boiler doesnt have a flow switch so the pump running or not wont effect start up.

Not sure if this boiler is sutiable for sealed systems either so the pressure this is out the window too.

If fan and pilot light are on but no main burner ist defo going thru igntion seq so is defo seeing demand.

Last thing on igntion is power to main solenoid and lights main burner.

An easy check is to remove solenoid and check resistance with multimeter.

Unless it's got pilot flame proving it could be no gas.
Pilot neon just proves the burner sequence is trying the pilot.

Fairplay mate, never seen that when i read! But neon lit only proves electric sequence works.

If no that, agree with the solenoid problem, next port of call!

Hi Morto,
just seen your comment "when i ask for heating nothing comes on ? when i ask for water everything comes on but the ..boiler on.. ............."

Regardless of what may be wrong with the boiler, this tells me you have an issue with the mixer valve.
I have a Drayton mid-position valve in my system, and when it got a little furred-up recently (hard water problem), it wouldn't go fully to the heating-only setting, and therefore didn't switch on the power to the boiler.
If you have such a valve, you can check if this is the problem by separating the electical body from the brasswork (simple operation). Then set your system to ask for heat-only.
If the boiler fires up, you will know that the valve is suffering from reduced movement, and needs replacing....... although I extracted some extended life from mine by giving it a good wiggle with an appropriate spanner.
Note though, that even when it's working fine there is only a very small arc of movement, so don't overdo the wiggling.
