is there any way of getting files you've deleted out of the recycle bin?
or
"is there any way of getting files you've deleted FROM of the recycle bin?" as in you have deleted them INTO the recycle bin, then emptied the recycle bin and they are gone for good and you want them back?
As if it's the first - which would be the literal reading of your post - then of course : you right click on the item in the recycle bin and click RESTORE
If it's the second, then you need data recovery which has already been discussed.
