firstly you will need to have the cams re profiled slightly to accomodate the different style of lifters.
the next thing is, that you will be able to rev the engine higher - providing the rest of the engine is capable and specced to do so obviously.

i have a 16 inlet and 14 exhaust cams and there wrc ones and look the same

You don't need to touch the cams(machining wise), just put in 1.8 ford diesel lifters, these are shim, and fit straight in.
