Default Quick help needed....Please

Car is booked in for an MOT today (after 5 long months building) and was wondering if someone could tell me the correct timing and ideal CO2 level; it’s an ERST engine BTW.
Thanks in advance

12deg BTDC with pipe disconnected.

1.5% Co with less than 400ppm HC.

Thats for a std car, aim for it.
